Room-notes is a free game played in hotels, guest houses and other places people stay. By playing you agree to these rules.

Respect the places

Leave notes only where guests are welcome, never in staff areas, behind locked doors or anywhere unsafe. Do not damage anything, and follow the house rules. Staff may remove a note at any time; that is part of the game.

What you write

Handles, titles, hiding places and notes must not be offensive, misleading or personal information about others. Curators and admins may edit or remove content and block players who break these rules.

Play fair

One account per person. Do not enter numbers you did not find on a note, and do not use extra accounts to collect points. Points have no money value.

The service

We run Room-notes on a best-effort basis and may change or end it. We are not responsible for lost notes or for anything that happens at the places you visit.
